As I reflect on my journey, the vivid memories of battling sickness while studying in Melbourne, Australia flood my mind. The daunting decision to return to Macau for treatment marked the beginning of an uncertain chapter in my life—a roller coaster ride for both myself and my family. The difficult path to recovery, with its peaks and valleys, felt like an eternity before I could reintegrate into society.

Amid the struggles, a glimmer of hope entered my life through an unexpected source—playing the game called "Animal Crossing" on my Nintendo Switch. Intrigued by a friend's life-changing experience with a lifestyle shift, I embarked on my own natural journey. Exploring deep into research, I unraveled the harmful effects of toxins on our well-being and unearthed the remarkable world of natural remedies.
